I pray for a roommate to keep my rent from rising from $500 to $750. I go to the Manhattan 8th Ward dinner to search for a wife. Instead I find a potential roommate.

If Jared Frank leaves in November, here are my preferences.

1. Stay in this apartment with two new roommates

2. Move to another unit I can own in Edgewater

3. Move back to Manhattan

For a few moments tonight, I feel good about myself and my decisions.
